Description
Crispy french fries made in the air fryer, seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 large Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into uniform fry shapes.
- Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss the dry potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Transfer the hot fries to a bowl.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the fries with cooking spray before the final 5 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the salt and garlic powder to your taste preference.
