  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by whisking together the onion, pickle relish, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked ground beef to the skillet and stir in half of the Big Mac sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Divide the shredded lettuce among four bowls.
  5. Top the lettuce with the ground beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and sesame seeds (if using).
  7. Drizzle the remaining Big Mac sauce over each bowl.
  8. Serve immediately.
