- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by whisking together the onion, pickle relish, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the skillet and stir in half of the Big Mac sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Divide the shredded lettuce among four bowls.
- Top the lettuce with the ground beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and sesame seeds (if using).
- Drizzle the remaining Big Mac sauce over each bowl.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of sauce to your preference.
- You can add other Big Mac toppings like chopped pickles or sesame seed buns, crumbled, if desired.
