A simple recipe for delicious and creamy vanilla flavored chia seed pudding.

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a jar or container.
- Stir well for about one minute to prevent clumping.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again thoroughly.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding thickens.
- Stir before serving. Add toppings if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker pudding, use less milk.
- For a thinner consistency, add a splash more milk before serving.
- Sweetness can be adjusted to your taste.
