Description
A refreshing and hydrating drink combining blueberries, coconut water, and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine blueberries and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. Discard solids.
- In a pitcher, combine the strained blueberry liquid, fresh lemon juice, and sweetener (if using). Stir well.
- Chill the lemonade for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, you can add a few more blueberries.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Garnish with fresh mint or lemon slices.
