Description

A refreshing and hydrating drink combining blueberries, coconut water, and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine blueberries and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp. Discard solids.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the strained blueberry liquid, fresh lemon juice, and sweetener (if using). Stir well.
  4. Chill the lemonade for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, you can add a few more blueberries.
