- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrients.
