A simple recipe for a cold pasta salad featuring chicken and Caesar dressing flavors.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, toss in the croutons.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- For a tangier flavor, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the dressing mixture.
