A quick recipe for preparing chicken ramen noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 package instant ramen noodles (with seasoning packet)
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package directions, usually 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the seasoning packet, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Add the shredded chicken to the pot.
  5. Heat through for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
