A quick recipe for preparing chicken ramen noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 package instant ramen noodles (with seasoning packet)
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package directions, usually 3 minutes.
- Stir in the seasoning packet, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add the shredded chicken to the pot.
- Heat through for about 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the cooked chicken with leftover rotisserie chicken.
- For extra flavor, add a soft-boiled egg.
