  3. While fries are baking, heat chili in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove fries from oven and immediately top with hot chili and shredded cheese.
  5. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
