A refreshing and classic Italian pasta salad with crisp vegetables and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, black olives, red onion, basil, and parsley.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like cucumber or broccoli.
- Try adding some cubed mozzarella cheese or pepperoni for extra flavor.
- Make the dressing from scratch for a fresh taste.
