Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, black olives, red onion, basil, and parsley.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
