Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrot, red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, substitute white wine vinegar for apple cider vinegar.
- You can add cooked, crumbled bacon for extra flavor.
- If you prefer a lighter dressing, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
