Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Let it cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Flake the cooled roasted salmon into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
- Serve the dip with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute other fresh herbs like chives or tarragon.
- The dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
