Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Let it cool slightly.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  5. Flake the cooled roasted salmon into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  7. Serve the dip with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
