Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a dredging station with three shallow dishes. In the first dish, place the flour. In the second dish, place the beaten eggs. In the third dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each asparagus spear first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Arrange the coated asparagus spears in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
