  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup edamame (shelled)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, toasted almonds, toasted sesame seeds, cilantro, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
