- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gently fold in half of the thawed whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate layer.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer filling, use cold cream cheese.
- You can substitute milk chocolate chips for semi-sweet.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving if desired.
