Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup pickle slices
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into four equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.
- While patties cook, prepare the bowls with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles.
- Place one cooked patty in each bowl.
- Top each bowl with ketchup, mustard, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- Add your favorite burger toppings like bacon or sautéed mushrooms.
