Description

A flavorful burger bowl ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into four equal patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.
  3. While patties cook, prepare the bowls with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles.
  4. Place one cooked patty in each bowl.
  5. Top each bowl with ketchup, mustard, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
