A refreshing and flavorful grape salad, inspired by Chicken Salad Chick.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, halved grapes, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and grape mixture.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

- Serve on your favorite bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.
- For a creamier texture, you can add a tablespoon of sour cream to the dressing.
