  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the milk and mashed bananas.
  5. Gradually add the banana mixture to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
