Ingredients

- 1 (14.75 ounce) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Place the drained and flaked salmon in a medium bowl.
- Add the chopped celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the fresh dill.
- Serve immediately or chill for later use.
Notes
- Serve the salad on lettuce leaves for a lighter option.
- You can substitute fresh parsley for dill if preferred.
- For a tangier flavor, increase the lemon juice slightly.
