A simple recipe for sweet dessert nachos using cinnamon sugar coated tortilla chips.

- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the corn tortillas into wedges, about 8 per tortilla.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush both sides of the tortilla wedges lightly with melted butter.
- Toss the buttered wedges in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
- Arrange the coated wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crisp and lightly golden. Let them cool slightly.
- Arrange the warm chips on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the chips.
- Top with sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

- You can use store-bought cinnamon sugar tortilla chips if you prefer not to bake your own.
- Substitute other fruits like bananas or raspberries for strawberries.
