- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup green candy melts
- 1/4 cup purple candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup small candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the popcorn and toss gently to coat.
- Spread the coated popcorn onto a sheet of parchment paper.
- Melt green candy melts in a small microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the popcorn.
- Melt purple candy melts in a separate small microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the popcorn.
- Immediately sprinkle candy eyeballs over the wet coating.
- Let the popcorn set completely at room temperature or chill briefly until the coating hardens.
- Break the popcorn into serving pieces.
Notes
- You can substitute other colors of candy melts for green and purple.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
