Instructions
- Brew espresso and allow it to cool completely.
- In a bowl or pitcher, combine the chilled espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds if needed.

- Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use a dark roast espresso.
- You can add a splash of Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur for extra depth.
