Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup vodka

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a bowl or pitcher, combine the chilled espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds if needed.
