Ingredients

- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Mix well.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each sourdough bread slice.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the hot skillet.
- Immediately sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
