Creamy garlic chicken pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 pound pasta (fettuccine or linguine recommended)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet with the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or spinach.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
