  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Arrange 16 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of the pan.
  3. Beat confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread peanut butter mixture over the Reese’s cups in the crust. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour ganache over the frozen pie.
  7. Arrange remaining 8 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top of the ganache.
  8. Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
