Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, chives, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
