Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, chives, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter dressing, use all Greek yogurt.
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a protein boost.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
