- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2–3 Mint Leaves
- Soda Water
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves gently in a shaker.
- Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
- Double strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.

- Adjust simple syrup to your sweetness preference.
- For a less tart drink, use slightly less lime juice.
