Decadent Black Forest cheesecake with cherry and chocolate flavors.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in flour and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust.
- Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the batter.
- Pour remaining batter over the cherry layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving.
