- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Pour in heavy cream and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Serve immediately over pasta.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, use more Parmesan cheese.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
