Description

Sweet and colorful jelly candy slices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup gelatin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Food coloring

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Mix cornstarch and gelatin with lemon juice.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture to the saucepan.
  5. Stir constantly until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and divide into bowls.
  7. Add different food coloring to each bowl.
  8. Pour into a greased pan.
  9. Chill until firm.
  10. Cut into slices.
