Easy homemade blueberry ice cream without an ice cream maker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, you can blend half of the blueberries before adding them.
- You can substitute other fruits for blueberries.
