Simple recipe for making rich, dairy-free chocolate bars using oat milk powder.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cocoa butter, chopped
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup oat milk powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Stir until completely smooth.
- Remove the bowl from the heat. Whisk in the cocoa powder until no lumps remain.
- Gradually whisk in the oat milk powder until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is uniform.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone bar molds or a shallow, lined pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
- Break or cut into bars before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker bar, increase the cocoa butter by 2 tablespoons.
- If you do not have molds, line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
- Store finished bars in an airtight container in a cool, dark place or the refrigerator.
