- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bread horizontally, without cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, honey, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the butter mixture generously between the slices and over the top of the bread.
- Wrap the bread loosely in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap the bread and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust the amount of garlic and honey to your taste.
- You can add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before the final bake.
