  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (e.g., butter lettuce or romaine hearts)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
  6. Lay out the lettuce leaves. Spoon an equal amount of the chicken and vegetable mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf.
  7. Fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling and roll up tightly, like a wrap. Serve immediately.
