- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1/4 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and apple slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the apple slices.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use a panini press.
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to your spice preference.
