  • 24 tablespoons milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the mashed bananas, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
