Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup plain hummus
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Lay out one tortilla flat.
  2. Spread one quarter of the hummus evenly over the tortilla surface, leaving a small border.
  3. Sprinkle one quarter of the mozzarella cheese over the hummus.
  4. Arrange one quarter of the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle one tablespoon of pizza sauce over the fillings.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano over the filling.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll up the tortilla from the bottom edge to create a wrap.
  8. Repeat steps 1-7 for the remaining three tortillas.
  9. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for later.
