Quick wraps combining hummus, pepperoni, and pizza flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup plain hummus
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Lay out one tortilla flat.
- Spread one quarter of the hummus evenly over the tortilla surface, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle one quarter of the mozzarella cheese over the hummus.
- Arrange one quarter of the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle one tablespoon of pizza sauce over the fillings.
- Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano over the filling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll up the tortilla from the bottom edge to create a wrap.
- Repeat steps 1-7 for the remaining three tortillas.
- Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for later.
Notes
- You can warm the wraps briefly in a skillet for a crispier texture.
