A delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Incredible Strawberry Tiramisu features layers of creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and fresh strawberries.

- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 100g granulated sugar
- 250ml strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry liqueur (optional)
- Cocoa powder or powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whisked egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in cooled coffee (and strawberry liqueur, if using).
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the strawberries.
- Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, strawberries, and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Ensure eggs are very fresh.
- Do not oversoak the ladyfingers.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the strawberry liqueur.
