Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a standard loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped apples.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
