- 1 cup apple butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the apple butter and beaten eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Stir in the heavy cream until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
