- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheese (cheddar, American, or Swiss)
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
- Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into the skillet. Cook to your desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast bread slices until golden brown.
- Place cheese slices on one piece of toasted bread.
- Top with cooked eggs and bacon.
- Cover with the other slice of toasted bread.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a spread of mayonnaise or mustard to the bread.
- Consider using a brioche or challah bread for a richer taste.
