- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- While chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

- For extra spice, add more sriracha to the sauce.
