Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the soup mixture into the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and sauce has thickened.
  8. Serve hot over cooked egg noodles.
