Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Top the salad with the cooked burger patties and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
