A rich and creamy Alfredo pasta dish featuring tender steak and spicy Cajun shrimp.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add shrimp to the same skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet. Stir to coat with the sauce.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce.
- You can substitute chicken for steak if desired.
- Ensure your skillet is large enough to hold all ingredients.
