- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, divided
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream for topping
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Chill the apple cider.
- Warm 1/4 cup of caramel sauce slightly.
- In two glasses, add 1/4 cup of caramel sauce to the bottom of each.
- Pour 1 cup of chilled apple cider into each glass.
- Add 1 cup of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
- Drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup of caramel sauce over the ice cream.
- Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick if desired.
