  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, divided
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  2. Warm 1/4 cup of caramel sauce slightly.
  3. In two glasses, add 1/4 cup of caramel sauce to the bottom of each.
  4. Pour 1 cup of chilled apple cider into each glass.
  5. Add 1 cup of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
  6. Drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup of caramel sauce over the ice cream.
  7. Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick if desired.
