- 2 large cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions, usually in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds per side.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the four warmed tortillas, placing it down the center of each.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture in each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can grill or bake the chicken breasts ahead of time.
- Use pre-minced garlic for faster preparation.
- If you prefer a tangier flavor, substitute Monterey Jack cheese for some of the cheddar.
