Simple recipe for making baked pizza roll ups filled with cheese and pepperoni.

- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup small pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with 3-4 pepperoni slices on the sauce.
- Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle up toward the point. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute your favorite pizza toppings for pepperoni.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle a little dried oregano over the cheese before rolling.
