A quick and easy pasta dish featuring chicken, bacon, and ranch flavors, ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, cook chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add chopped bacon to the same skillet and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet, leaving some grease behind.
- Add ranch dressing and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with crispy bacon before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier sauce, add an extra tablespoon of milk or ranch dressing.
- You can substitute pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- Add your favorite vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition.
