- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the remaining chicken mixture over the noodles.
- Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers: noodles, remaining chicken mixture, and remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- For a less rich flavor, reduce the amount of mayonnaise slightly.
