Ingredients

  • 1 pound lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  7. Spread half of the remaining chicken mixture over the noodles.
  8. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  9. Repeat the layers: noodles, remaining chicken mixture, and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  10. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
  12. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • For a less rich flavor, reduce the amount of mayonnaise slightly.
