- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- 1/4 cup fig jam or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- Place the flatbread dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the surface of the dough evenly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the dough with dried rosemary and sea salt.
- Arrange the slices of brie cheese over the oiled dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven. If using, drizzle with fig jam or honey immediately.
- Slice the flatbread into pieces and serve warm.
